  • What Are Your Payment Options?
    Payments can be made in-store (cash or card), online, or via bank deposit. Please use your name and surname as a payment reference and keep your proof of payment for verification.
  • Refunds & Returns
    Our refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are no longer available for accounting and VAT purposes. If you haven’t supplied artwork or design files within this period, you may use your payment as a credit (voucher) towards another purchase or transfer it to someone else. Where refunds are approved, please allow 7 working days for processing. If payment was made by credit card, note that a 3% transaction fee applies, and refunds can only be processed once funds have cleared. We will gladly replace or reprint any items you are not 100% satisfied with, provided you contact us within 7 days of purchase.
  • Do You Offer Graphic Design Services?
    Yes, absolutely. We have an in-house graphic design team that can help create or refine your artwork, logo, or layout for print. Designs can also be updated, reprinted, and reinstalled on request.

    Yes. We specialize in custom printing for both personal and business use — including T-shirts, banners, signage, vehicle wraps, stationery, and more. You can upload your design directly through our website or request assistance from our design team.
  • What File Formats Do You Accept For Printing?
    We accept the following file formats: • PDF (preferred) • AI / EPS (vector files) • PNG or JPEG (high-resolution only) If you’re unsure about your file, our design team will assist you in adjusting it for print quality and sizing.
  • Can I Request A Sample Or Proof Before Printing?
    Yes, we provide digital proofs for approval before production. For large-scale or specialized orders (such as signage or corporate branding), physical samples can be arranged upon request.
  • Do You Offer Bulk Order Discounts?
    Yes, we offer bulk discounts for larger quantities and corporate orders. Please contact our sales team for a custom quotation based on volume, product type, and turnaround time.

  • What If I Don’t Have A Design Yet?
    No problem! Our in-house designers can create a professional design for you — from logos and layouts to full branding packages — before printing.
  • Do You Keep My Design Files For Future Orders?
    Yes. We securely store your artwork and job history, making it easy to reorder or update designs in the future without resending files.
  • How Will I Know When My Order Is Ready?
    Once your order has been printed, you’ll receive a notification via email or SMS. You can then collect in-store or track your delivery online (if shipped).
  • Do You Offer Urgent or Same-Day Printing?
    Yes, we do offer urgent and same-day printing services, depending on the type of product and our current production schedule. For express jobs, please contact us directly to confirm availability and turnaround times. An express service fee may apply to prioritize your order and ensure same-day completion.
